TOHATCHI — Services for Lilly E. Kinsel, 86, will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 28, at Family of God Worship Center, Tohatchi. The Rev. Benjamin Manygoats will officiate. Burial will be in Tohatchi. Visitation will be 10 a.m., June 28, in Tohatchi. A rosary will be receited 10 a.m., June 28, in Tohatchi.

Kinsel died June 22, 2011, in Gallup. She was born Aug. 15, 1924, in Tohatchi, into the Bitter Water People Clan for the Towering House People Clan.

Kinsel was home schooled. Her hobbies included rug waeaving, quilt making, sheep herding and she loved cooking.

Survivors include her sons, Tommy Kinsel, Franklin Kinsel; brothers, Henry Etsitty Sr., Nathan Etsitty, Cecil Etsitty; sisters, Ella Rose Watchman, Irene M. Etsitty, Ann Etsitty, Alice Manygoats, Sarah Tom; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

Kinsel was preceded in death by Dewey Etsitty, Marie D. Etsitty, Amos Etsitty, Mart Kinsel.

Pallbearers will be Marcus Kinsel, Ted Etsitty, Ricky Etsitty, Brandon Etsitty, Virgil Tsosie, Kevin Lewis.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Tohatchi Chapter House, following services.
